Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location but generally fall between 6–12 days. Please note that these are estimates and may shift slightly based on region or logistics conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Delivery Failures
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement — no questions asked.
